Significant Advantage
● Small bubble size: bubble size is less than 10µm, while traditional air floatation is about 50µm.
● Efficiency: Dissolved gas efficiency is over 95%, while traditional air flotation is about 80%.
● Land-occupying province: surface hydraulic load can reach 25m3/（m2·H）, while traditional air flotation is less than 5m3/（m2·H）, which can save more than five times of land.
● Sludge production is low: the solid content of dross is more than 2%, while traditional air flotation is about 0.5%, and the sludge production is reduced by 4 four times.
● The effect is good: the solid suspended matter content in effluent can be less than 15mg/L.
