Application Fields
● Oil-water separation of wastewater in petrochemical industry and so on（including emulsified oil and vegetable oil）
● Pretreatment of wastewater in the industries of textile，dyeing，bleaching，wool spinning
● Wastewater treatment in surface treatment industry （such as galvanization，PCB，pickling）
● Pretreatment of wastewater in industries of pharmacy，chemical，papermaking，tannery，slaughter，food and so on
● As a replacement of sedimentation tank,the flotation is widely used industrial wastewater pretreatment
Significant Advantage
● Small bubble size: bubble size is less than 10µm, while traditional air floatation is about 50µm.
● Efficiency: Dissolved gas efficiency is over 95%, while traditional air flotation is about 80%.
● Land-occupying province: surface hydraulic load can reach 10m3/（m2·H）, while traditional air flotation is less than 5m3/（m2·H）, which can save more than two times of land.
● Sludge production is low: the solid content of dross is more than 2%, while traditional air flotation is about 0.5%, and the sludge production is reduced by 4 four times.
● The effect is good: the solid suspended matter content in effluent can be less than 20 mg/L.
